The idea for Snob Lobster was born in the south west of England in Sunny Devon.

Fed up with seeing the same burger bars and catering facilities offering substandard service at events and weddings the innovators of Snob Lobster set out to create a mobile catering company that would offer a new product, not yet seen at events that was produced to a high standard and always served with a polite smile.

When deciding on lobster as our main ingredient we also had to be sure this was a product that would be sustainable for future generations to enjoy therefore all our lobster is from sustainable sources, we know each individual lobster has been treated humanely right up to the cooking pot.

Getting the flavours right in our wide variety of Lobster dishes was another item on the Snob Lobster list that we knew had to be 100%. Our qualified team of chefs at snob lobster spent months preparing and tasting different flavour combinations and styles to come up with our superb menu.

Creating the style we wanted to portray at Snob Lobster the team found easy. We set our mobile catering units out in the Art Deco style to give the customer the sense of opulence and the feeling that they are ordering food from a restaurant.

We also knew we needed that something special .To make The snob Lobster experience truly one not to forget therefore we added a selection of champagnes to our menu which can be optional at any event or festival .

All of the Snob Lobster team are well trained and all have qualifications in the catering industry leading to us giving that extra special service.

There will never be service at Snob Lobster without a smile.
